Liberal hypocrisy wrapped in Philanthropy
Isn't it interesting that these liberals who think government is the answer didn't consider just leaving the money to the Treasury. Meanwhile the idea of charitable giving remains a tried and true method of protecting one's assets from the Estate Tax (I prefer to call it the Success Tax) at death.
It should also be noted that Buffet has long had a stake in Berkshire Life, an insurance company that specializes in large life insurance policies used to replenish estates and has always argued against the elimination of the Estate Tax.
Why is it that liberals always think the rich should pay more taxes but rich liberals never consider just writing a check to the Treasury for what they think is the proper amount of taxes to pay?
