Berg lawsuit on Obama birth certificate reportedly dismissed
The Philadelphia Daily News reports that Philip Berg's lawsuit to compel the production of the Obama birth certificate has been dismissed by U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick .
Berg is appealing the decision.
If anyone can show me where Obama has been asked to prove he is a "natural born citizen" of the United States and done so, I would be grateful. So far as I know, no official body has received such proof in the form of an officially generated and certified Hawaiian certificate of live birth. Please use the comments section.
