Pellicano/Clinton Watch (continued)

By

Yet again, media coverage of the jailed Los Angeles private eye Anthony Pellicano neglects any mention of his most famous client, The Clinton White House. Fingered by Dick Morris as a member of the White House Secret Police, Pellicano is accused of having a role in intimidating Kathleen Willey, a witness in the Paula Jones lawsuit, who eventually testified to having been groped by Bill Clinton shortly after her husband's suicide.

Pellicano first came to wide public notice as the 'audio expert' who 'discredited' the tape recordings of intimate conversations between Gennifer Flowers and Bill Clinton, during the 1992 campaign for President.

Today, the New York Post reports on secret recordings made of Pellicano's conversations with one of his sources, the late Los Angeles correspondent of The Globe tabloid weekly newspaper. It seems that Pellicano made a habit of trading dirt on his lesser clients in return for the suppression of embarrassing items on his more favored clients.

The American Thinker strongly suspects that one client, so far unnamed by the mainstream press, was the Most Favored Nation in Pellicano's trading arrangements. In our dreams, he will someday trade dirt on the Big One (a.k.a. The Big He) for a lesser sentence. Further charges remain to be prosecuted. Only time will tell if this dream will come true, but we aren't betting the farm on it.
